Batching Plant EBC 130 (ELBA Beton Center)

EMDW 3000 (ELBA Twin-Shaft Compulsory Mixer)

in the range of Stationary Plants
is the Batching Plant EBC 130
(ELBA Beton Center) which can
alternatively be equipped with the
newly developed ELBA Twin-Shaft
Compulsory Mixer EMDW 3000 or
the ELBA Single-Shaft Compulsory
Mixer EMS from 3 to 4 cbm.

The EBC (ELBA Beton Center) which
was introduced at the BAUMA in
2001 is being used worldwide in
the meantime and has been
proven successful in the most
varied applications.

The EBC-programme makes batching plants available to customers from a size of
60 cbm to a size of 192 cbm per hour. With linear bins (EBC D), scrapers (EBC S)
or with belt-conveyed feeding (EBC B), customer requirements can be met
through various adapted options.

EMDW 3000 (ELBA Twin-Shaft Compulsory Mixer)

N E W at the BAUMA 2004
is the EMDW 3000 (ELBA
Twin-Shaft Compulsory
Mixer) which allows an
output of 3 cbm vibrated
fresh concrete and was
developed to complete the
range of ELBA mixers.

The positive experience
with the ELBA-mixing spiral
over the last few decades
was consequently adopted
for the development of this
mixer.
Along with the new discharge technology and other features, the result of this
new development is outstanding. The mixer can either be integrated into the
newly developed batching plant EBC 130 or is available on its own.
