It only needs a few trucks to transport the entire plant. All plant components can be assembled without foundation work. The additive batching and weighing equipment, the air supply system to the mixer, as well as the connections required for the operation of the cement silo are already mounted in the workshop.

The complete standard plant can be assembled within one day.

The plant capacity can be adapted to the requirements of the specific application by integrating different ELBA single-shaft compulsory mixers. Thereby, it is possible to achieve plant capacities of 60 to 120 m³/h. The mixer volumes range from 1000 to 2500 litres. The spacious mixer and scale platforms of the basic unit enable all regular maintenance and cleaning work to be easily accomplished.
