Radial Scrapers
ELBA's radial scrapers are operated worldwide. They are used to feed batching equipment in concrete production plants with mineral aggregates or similar bulk material. The sturdily built machines prove successful every day and, in addition, they are very operator-friendly.

MANUAL SCRAPERS »
In the RS series, the scraping, slewing, and swing units are manually controlled from the full-vision cabin. Easily traceable operating levers and foot pedals facilitate the operator's work. Dependent on their sizes, these scrapers may be used for box lengths of up to 16,5 metres and box heights of up to 8 metres - the maximum slewing angle being 360°. Our scrapers can also be applied with special star and linear configurations.

FULLY-AUTOMATIC SCRAPERS »
Scrapers of the RSA series are controlled fully-automatically. A teach-in programming module allows easy programming and controlling of the scraping process. Semi-automatic manual operation of the scraping, retracting, and slewing motions is also possible. The working range is comparable to that of the RS series. The slewing angle of the RSA models is maximum 320°.
