ELBA Linear Storage Bins Type RD

ELBA linear batchers suit perfectly for storing, batching, and weighing aggregates. There are 2 series: the RD 26 series having a total useful volume of 40 - 120 m³; the RD 32 series having a total useful volume of 105 - 312 m³. Longitudinal separation of the individual chambers allows to store and batch up to 12 different materials. In all models, the segmental batching gates are operated electropneumatically and already preassembled. The opening width can be adjusted. Their stable profile steel sheet construction makes ELBA linear batchers fit for the harsh conditions on construction sites. They can also be banked against. Wedge connections of the chamber and separation walls enable easy and fast assembly. A wide range of accessories allows a diversity of applications.

ELBA LINEAR STORAGE BIN RD 26

Proved successful in applications worldwide: the linear batcher RD 26 series. Dependent on the model these batchers are equipped with two to six chambers, and are up to 21 metres long. As an option, the linear batchers can also be fitted with rear side covering, furthermore, with scale testing equipment, calibrating aids, an unbalanced mass vibration generator at the outlet, with lighting, vaporization, or compaction device.

ELBA LINEAR STORAGE BIN RD 32

The models of the RD 32 series display all quality features of the ELBA linear batchers. Additionally, variable filling levels allow different useful volumes. In the standard 6-part version with a filling level of 5.10 metres up to 210 m³; in the optional version with a filling level of 6.10 metres up to 312 m³. All optional features such as lateral walls, coverings, supporting walls, scale testing equipment, calibrating aids, unbalanced mass vibration generator at the outlet, lighting, vaporization, or compaction device are also available for the RD 32 models.
