ELBA linear batcher to store, batch, and weigh aggregates

ELBA linear batcher RD is available in two versions:

RD 25: 2 gates per compartment. Total active capacity from 36 - 80 cbm
RD 30: 4 gates per compartment. Total active capacity from 60 - 285 cbm

Thanks to a longitudinal separation up to 12 components may be batched.
